Let me get my cheque book, if you look closely at the General Description, apparently this one is a “great investment“. But that is all we know.
I don’t know the address, the zoning, the size of the building, or the rental income, but I’m sure it will be worth the effort of trying to gather all this information.

I notice that there are not many cases of the yield expected for a return on investment.
Surely a simple income and expenditure assessment would help investors to decide on pursuit or not too.
